Nika Nabifar holds a master’s degree in Education with a concentration in Language and Literacy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Her work focuses on the role of dialogue and discussion in fostering engagement and improving reading comprehension, particularly for multilingual learners. She is especially interested in how conversation-based instruction can support equitable and linguistically responsive literacy development. Nika’s background includes a range of literacy-focused roles, where she supported reading growth across diverse student populations and collaborated with teachers to promote meaningful learning experiences. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from University of California, Berkeley and is committed to creating inclusive learning environments where all students can thrive as readers and thinkers.
